About me
DESIGN IS A TEAM SPORT

I’ve spent my career designing things that have to work in the real world. Brands, places, signs, environments, systems and experiences. That has meant working across disciplines and alongside clients, designers, architects, fabricators, installers and the people who ultimately use what we create.

Over time, my role has grown from designing the work to leading the conditions that make good work possible: setting creative direction, helping clients see possibilities, developing designers, connecting disciplines and building better ways for teams to work together.

I’m comfortable moving between the big idea and the details required to make it real. I believe the best design leaders can do both.
